Modern and user-friendly webshop for Møbelmagasinet Nuuk
The challenge
The client had an existing webshop that had served as the foundation for their online sales for many years. However, the platform had become outdated in both design and functionality. It was difficult to maintain, expensive to update, and struggled to meet modern customer expectations for mobile-friendliness and fast user experience. The client therefore wanted a complete upgrade to reduce operating costs while creating a more efficient and user-friendly webshop.
The solution
We began by completely redesigning the webshop from the ground up. Our primary focus was to create a modern platform that is easy to navigate across all devices. With a responsive design, we ensured the webshop adapts to any screen size, whether customers use mobile, tablet, or desktop. Mobile-friendliness was a key priority, as an increasing number of users shop via their phones.
In addition to the new design, we integrated the webshop with the client’s existing accounting system, automating many daily tasks such as inventory management and invoicing. This reduced both time and the risk of errors.
